Need help boarding the chairlift? Just ask — our staff will be happy to assist you.
Do not stop in the unloading area of the lift. Children under 125 cm (4’1”) must be accompanied by an adult. If you’re unsure about your ability to board or exit the lift safely, ask the staff in advance. Always follow the pictograms for opening and closing the safety bar, and be mindful of fellow passengers when handling it. Passengers with limited mobility should notify the staff before boarding.
On the slopes, skiers and snowboarders coming from above have better visibility and must choose their line to avoid those below them. Beginners and children always have priority. When overtaking, keep in mind the unpredictable movement of others.
Avoid stopping in narrow or blind sections of the slope. If you fall, clear the slope as quickly as possible. Stopping is strictly prohibited along the entire bridge crossing.
Maintain a safe distance according to visibility and conditions.
